SCARPA First Friday Film Fest: November

Nov. 7th 2014

Welcome to the inaugural edition of the SCARPA First Friday Film Fest. Here we collect all the inspiring web flicks featuring our athletes pushing themselves in their respective sports. Check back on the first Friday of every month for more of the best skiing, climbing, and mountaineering action from Team SCARPA.

Expand these flicks to full screen and enjoy. It’s Friday, you deserve a break.

In typical Red Bull fashion, the Red Bull White Cliffs comp takes the world’s best mixed climbers and sticks them on the face of a 400 foot chalk wall rising out of the sea. Watch Gord McArthur take on this impressive competition while wearing the new Rebel Ice.

Andrew Mclean and Noah Howell explore the countless couloirs of a little known area called the Slotterhouse in the Wrangle-St. Elias Preserve in Southeast Alaska with the help of the Maestrale RS and Freedom SL.

In the second episode of the Red Bull series Faces of Dav, Chris Davenport heads to the SCARPA factory in Italy to try his hand at building a Freedom SL. Then he drops into the Dolomites on his fresh creations.

Aaron Huey meets up with wild man Scott Adamson and heads deep into Zion National Park in the dead of winter to search for famous but rarely climbed ice routes. To climb these aesthetic routes, he trusts the Phantom 6000.

Jake Sakson and the Beans and Rice tele crew drop knees in his favorite Teton stash. Serious deepness and more than a few cliffs get shredded courtesy of the T-Race.
